Return Policy

Effective January 1, 2026

All Sales Final

All purchases made through flaco.photography are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment confirmed.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Limited Edition Prints

Each fine art print is produced to order and is part of a strictly limited edition. Due to the custom nature of these works, we are unable to accommodate returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

Please review all product details, edition information, and print specifications carefully before purchasing. If you have questions prior to purchase, contact us through the contact page.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit or you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy.

We will assess each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement print of the same edition. A replacement is not guaranteed and is subject to edition availability.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, installation, or storage after delivery.

Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only.

Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We strongly recommend retaining all original packaging materials in the event of a damage claim with the carrier.

Commercial Commissions

Commercial photography services are governed by the terms of the individual client agreement signed prior to the engagement. This return policy does not apply to commissioned work.
