Purchasing a print does not transfer any intellectual property rights. All rights in the underlying photograph remain with Flaco Photography.

All purchases are subject to our Return Policy. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to all applicable purchase terms including edition details, pricing, and shipping information presented at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or error in pricing.

This Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
